Option 1 - Pay Dues ($40/year) (Member of the HOA) (Please!!)
These annual memberships for the HOA cover the following REQUIRED community expenses: insurance, lighting of the signs at the entrances, and streetlights at the entrances. They also cover the fees that add value to our community and your property, such as our website (thekimberleyassocation.com), hospitality, and fun events like the Corn Roast, Halloween Pizza Party, Holiday Party, Easter Egg Hunt, etc. ANYONE can be an HOA member by paying the full $40 dues. Only HOA members and their families can attend HOA-sponsored events. HOWEVER, only HOA Members who are also lot owners can vote on HOA business. We encourage families who rent/lease/etc. to join the HOA and enjoy our events. These events are one of the reasons the Kimberley Association is a desirable location which increases your property value. (When my family, the Extons, was looking at houses the Corn Roast signs were out and was one of the deciding factors for us)
Also, PLEASE NOTE:
1) A $3 convenience fee will be added to cover the credit card processing fees. To avoid the $3 fee, you can also pay by check/cash.
2) Although it is not preferred, you can pay dues by check. Either mail or use the drop-off box at 29969 Pipers Lane, Farmington Hills, MI 48334. Please make sure to include your name, phone, email, and property address.
3) You can pay by cash in person at events or by knocking on my door (Eric Exton 29969 Pipers Lane, Farmington Hills, MI 48334).
4) We do not store any credit card information.
Option 2 - Donate: Just Keep The Lights On (Non-Member)
Obviously, we want everyone in the Kimberley Subdivision to join the HOA. But we understand some of you never will for various reasons. Please, at least help us to pay our required bills. You will not be helping fund HOA-sponsored events, so you will not be able to attend some that require membership. Also, you will be unable to vote, etc.

(Only available for dues paid after 3/15/2026)
